The Swedish Deep Tissue Massage therapy(DT)is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. DT massage focuses on stretching fascia, a three-dimensional web of connective tissue that surrounds, supports and penetrates all of the muscles, bones, nerves and organs. DT massage works layer by layer through connective tissue and muscle down to the deepest accessible layers to change posture and create freedom of movement by releasing fascial adhesions and chronic muscle contracture. Everything is personalized based on you and your skin. If your back is prone to breakouts, your back facial can be customized to involve something to help prevent acne breakouts. The alternative use of hot and cold stones changes on the cellular level and provides de-congestion of an area.

Using both hot and cold stones can be very beneficial to your health.
